Knitting Pattern of the Month (beginner)

This pattern is great for beginners.
It uses a large needle, 13 or 15 and sport weight yarn, preferrably Simply Soft.
Lace Scarf
(multiples of 4 sts + 2)
Using 13 cast on 22 stitches.
Row 1: K2, *yo, P2tog, K2* repeat from * across.
Repeat row 1 for lace pattern.
Continue until you reach your desired length.

I prefer to stretch my finished project width wise then length wise to help the stitches lay flat instead of blocking.

For definitions on abbreviations please look further down this blog site for abbreviation help.

Happy knitting!
